Delivery & Return policy
We exchange and refund all merchandise within 14 days from the date of shipment. The returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn, or damaged. Returned items must have their original tags. You must obtain a return authorization number before proceeding with the shipment.

You must wait for the return authorization before sending the item back. We do not guarantee exchanges for packages that have not received a return authorization number before being sent back.
In the case of a refund, the return shipping costs for your item are not covered.
In the case of an exchange, the return shipping costs for your item are covered, as well as the costs to send you the exchanged item. If you live in Montreal, iIt is also possible that someone from our team will come to exchange the item in question for you.
Please note that refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to process.
If there was an error in your order, all fees will be refunded.
Delivery fees are $10 for all of Canada and free above 95$ (before taxes).
